INFRICO was founded in 1986 with a clear objective: to provide the best refrigeration solutions tailored to each customer’s specific needs. Cutting-edge technology, certified quality and product excellence underpin its commitment to innovation and have positioned it as a leader in commercial refrigeration equipment. The company offers a wide range of equipment covering refrigeration for hospitality, bakeries, pastry shops, ice cream shops and catering, as well as supermarkets through its dedicated range. It also serves the biomedical and laboratory sectors through its prestigious Infrico Medcare range. With customers worldwide and a large share of the domestic market, the company continues to grow and expand. It currently employs more than 500 people across 13 branches in Spain and 16 abroad. Reflecting its firm commitment to stability and social wellbeing, more than 90% of employees have permanent contracts. Infrico Supermarket and Infrico hold the Certified Spanish Origin certificate (OEC), which confirms that their products are manufactured in Spain. Infrico became the first company in its sector in Spain to obtain this seal after successfully completing the rigorous audit process. Its production centres in Lucena, in the province of Córdoba, are among Spain’s most modern industrial facilities. The three plants—Infrico, Infrico Supermarket and Impafri—have a total area of 160,000 square metres dedicated to production, logistics and offices.

Infrico Supermarket is the Infrico Group’s commercial refrigeration project dedicated to food retail. Since 2016, it has had 17,000 m² of manufacturing and assembly facilities dedicated to producing Experience, the commercial refrigeration display range for supermarkets. We serve the retail sector by manufacturing and supplying refrigerated cabinets with remote or integral condensing units, cold rooms and refrigeration racks, as well as installation solutions and spare parts. This range is complemented by products for supermarket departments under our Infrico brand, a leader in the Spanish market for commercial refrigeration equipment for hospitality, bakeries and pastry shops. It is a solid project with a long-term vision, offering customers solutions that add value and deliver excellent service. The IMPAFRI Production Centre has an area of 10,000 m² across production, storage and display facilities. With 12 branches in Spain and Portugal, IMPAFRI responds promptly and locally to its customers’ needs through a flexible and efficient production system.

Was born with a clear objective to share our experience in refrigeration to the healthcare sector, presenting the new line of specific products adapted for laboratories, blood banks and pharmacies. There is a big difference between the refrigeration equipment for the hotel / restaurants sector and the laboratories / healthcare sector. For this reason, Infrico has dedicated several years of investigation of highly qualified human resources to obtain the corresponding certifications.

The security of our equipment is of utmost importance because it is made to store very important and delicate samples. Therefore, our aim is to satisfy strict temperature requirements, to guarantee the correct conservation of the samples.
